Saint Brigid of Kildare School is a fully chartered and accredited school within the Catholic Diocese of Columbus. Our school is the newest school in the diocese and serves Saint Brigid of Kildare Parish in Dublin, Ohio. Saint Brigid School serves one of Ohio’s fastest growing suburban communities, which sends a remarkable 90% of its high school graduates on to college.Saint Brigid of Kildare School’s mission is to provide Catholic faith formation and strong academic foundations to inspire life-long learners and leaders in the twenty-first century. Our mission is carried out with guiding principles that: place Catholic faith formation as a top priority; support a school culture that respects the diversity of all God’s people and creation; value each student as an individual with unique spiritual, intellectual, physical, social, cultural, and emotional needs; and recognize that administrators, teachers, students, parents, and the parish community share the responsibility of living out our Catholic school’s mission.A team of two full-time administrators oversees a staff of 30 faculty members, including specialists in technology, media, music, art, physical education and Spanish. The classroom staff is complemented with five full-time literacy teachers and a team of 14 teacher aides. With the help of auxiliary state funds, the staff includes a reading and math tutor, a speech and hearing therapist, an occupational therapist, and a guidance counselor.Our school employs state-of-the-art technology. Our wireless campus is equipped with 128 laptops as well as a full computer lab with 35 work stations. Our classrooms house interactive SMART boards allowing a seamless integration of technology into everyday classroom instruction. Students currently utilize an Apple-based computer system for multi-media training in advanced art instruction.Saint Brigid provides integration of Catholic faith and values in challenging academic experiences.
